As we expand our commercial division across the country, we're looking for a Commercial Sales Coordinator with the phone skills to open doors and the organization to keep every deal moving.

About the Role:

Every commercial solar job starts with a business owner who's had enough of their power bill. You're the one who picks up that call, works out what they need and gets the wheels turning. You'll qualify enquiries, book the site visits and keep the pipeline moving from first hello to signed contract.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work inbound enquiries and outbound business lists across WA. Manufacturers, warehouses, cold stores, schools, workshops, anyone sick of their power bill.
- Get past the gatekeeper and find out who actually signs.
- Chase down the paperwork that makes a commercial quote possible. Power bills, NMIs, meter data, roof and site details
- Handle the admin, the proposal paperwork and the handover to our technical and project teams.

A fair chunk of this role is sales admin and chasing. That's why there's lucrative commission attached on top of a base.

Qualifications:

- Experience in phone based sales, appointment setting, sales admin or customer service. Renewable energy experience is a bonus, not essential.
- Seriously organized. Nothing gets forgotten.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural phone manner.
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs.
- The persistence to make one more call when everyone else has given up.

Requirements:

- Unrestricted driver's license.
- Exceptional phone manner.
- Solid with Excel and general computer work.
- Full time, Monday to Friday, based at our Forestdale office.

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission on the deals you help bring in.
