Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and stakeholders.
- Coordinate lease administration, renewals, rent reviews and tenancy matters.
- Arrange property inspections, maintenance and contractor management to maintain high property standards.
- Manage budgets, outgoings, arrears and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with lease obligations, legislation and trust accounting requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and enhance client satisfaction.
- Work closely with our sales, leasing and property management teams to deliver outstanding results.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial property management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with great attention to detail.
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate or relevant Victorian real estate registration.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
