Role Description

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial assets, including tenant liaison, lease administration, arrears management, maintenance coordination, contractor management, compliance oversight, budgeting support, and reporting to ownership/management. The successful candidate will be practical, organised, commercially minded, and confident dealing with tenants, contractors, agents, solicitors, and internal stakeholders. They will be expected to manage issues proactively, maintain solid records, ensure lease obligations are followed, and support the ongoing improvement of property systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities Include:





- Managing tenant relationships and responding to property-related issues
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, inspections, and contractor attendance
- Monitoring lease obligations, renewals, rent reviews, outgoings, and arrears
- Supporting budgets, expenditure control, invoicing, and owner reporting
- Ensuring compliance with relevant property, safety, insurance, and legislative requirements
- Maintaining accurate records across property management systems
- Identifying operational improvements and supporting efficient portfolio management

Qualifications

- Experience in Property Management, Leases, and Lease Administration
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective tenant relationships
- Organizational skills to manage multiple properties and deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of property laws, compliance standards, and industry best practices
- Experience in commercial property management is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in Property Management Software, Asana and ReLeased preferred
