- Previous experience in property management or at least 2+ years as an assistant property manager.

- Certificate of Registration is essential for this role.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of building effective relationships with tenants, clients and internal stakeholders

- Appropriate experience in the industrial property industry.

- Professional, dependable and team focused, confident working closely with contractors, facilities teams and internal stakeholders.

The role

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of an industrial portfolio across the Perth metropolitan area. This is a hands-on, head office-based role, working closely with a small on‑site team, with scope over time to grow your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the day-to-day management of multi-site industrial and commercial properties across Perth metropolitan area.

- Act as the first point of contact for tenants.

- Coordinating responses to leasing, occupancy and property related matters.

- Managing contractors and all maintenance related matters.

- Manage core property administration functions,



including rent collection, arrears follow-up, budgeting and forecasting support.
