At Coastal Property Agents, we believe exceptional Sales Administrators are the backbone of every successful sales team. We're looking for an experienced, highly organised and proactive Commercial Sales Administrator to join our growing Commercial division in Broadbeach.
This role is ideally suited to someone who has previously worked in Commercial Property and understands the moving parts of commercial sales transactions. We are strongly biased towards candidates with commercial experience; however, if you're an exceptional Residential Sales Administrator looking to take the next step in your career, we'd also love to hear from you.

About the role
Working closely with our Commercial Sales team, you'll play a key role in ensuring every listing, campaign and transaction is managed professionally from commencement through to settlement.
Your responsibilities will include
- Preparing agency agreements, contracts and sales documentation
- Coordinating the administration of commercial sales campaigns
- Liaising with solicitors, vendors, purchasers and key stakeholders
- Managing contracts, critical dates and compliance requirements
- Preparing marketing requests and coordinating property campaigns
- Maintaining accurate records within our CRM systems
- Assisting with reports, submissions and general team administration
- Providing exceptional service to both clients and the sales team
About you
We're looking for someone who is confident, organised and takes genuine pride in producing high-quality work.
You'll ideally have
- Previous experience as a Commercial Sales Administrator (highly regarded)
- A solid understanding of commercial sales processes and documentation
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working independently while supporting a collaborative team
- Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office and real estate software
You'll really impress us if you have:
- Previous Commercial Property experience
- A current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Experience with Vault or other real estate CRM platforms
- A proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to continually improve
