The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Site Manager to join our growing team for a multi-year Federal Government Project. This role is suited to someone with a strong background in commercial construction who thrives on delivering complex, high-performance projects in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing and coordinating day-to-day site operations,
- Ensuring works are completed in line with project programs, budgets and specifications,
- Supervising subcontractors and site personnel to maintain productivity and quality,
- Monitoring and enforcing work health and safety requirements on site,
- Ensuring site presentation, cleanliness and compliance with statutory requirements,
- Coordinating plant, materials and resources to meet project timelines,
- Supporting procurement and subcontractor engagement processes,
- Communicating effectively with Project Managers, Subcontractors and stakeholders,
- Identifying and reporting variations, risks and project issues,




- Assisting with progress claims, site records and project documentation,
- Conducting site meetings, toolbox talks and safety briefings,
- Maintaining robust relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

About You

- Minimum 10 year's experience in commercial site management within the construction industry,
- Proven track record managing commercial projects of varying complexity,
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with a hands-on approach,
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities,
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes,
- Certificate or qualification in Construction or a related field (preferred),
- Relevant certifications (White Card, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness and Silica).
