Briner Signs is looking for an experienced Commercial Signage Production Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day production and installation operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands signage manufacturing, enjoys solving production challenges and knows how to keep people, machinery and projects moving efficiently.
You will have genuine responsibility for production scheduling, team performance, quality and workflow improvements, while remaining actively involved across large-format printing, prepress, sign preparation and assembly.
Briner is one of Melbourne’s longest-operating signage businesses, with more than 80 years of experience delivering commercial, property and large-format signage. We are continuing to grow our commercial capabilities, project portfolio and relationships with construction, development and agency partners.

About the role
Reporting to General Manager - Operations, you will oversee the smooth and effective delivery of commercial signage projects from approved artwork through to production, assembly, dispatch and installation.
You will balance daily production priorities, allocate resources, support the Graphics Installations Team and proactively resolve issues before they affect quality or delivery.
