As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to manage a portfolio of complex insurance repair projects valued at $100k - $10m across the Eastern States.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of multiple large-loss insurance claims from commencement through to completion. You will coordinate project teams,



subcontractors, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver commercial insurance repair projects valued at $100k - $10m.

Coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors across various project sites.

Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor project costs, budgets, margins, and contractual obligations.

Provide regular updates to insurance companies, property owners, and key stakeholders.

Lead project teams and subcontractors to achieve quality, safety, and performance targets.

Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews.

Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and WHS requirements.
