About the Role – Communications Officer – 3 month contract
- Reference number 377
- General Officer Level 4: $99,407 - $106,618 (FTE) plus superannuation
- Part time (0.8 FTE) Fixed-Term 3 month contract
We are seeking an experienced and energetic communications skilled to deliver communications campaigns support major events that support the needs of our community and help deliver Council’s strategic goals. Our district is full of stories waiting to be told and opportunities needing to be communicated.

About You
This is a small, dynamic team responsible for supporting communications, media relations, engagement and events across all aspects of Council. Your background in implementing communication plans, cross-channel content creation,
and event management will help us improve the way we serve, support and engage with our community. You will have experience in producing creative assets, CMS, community relations and working across multiple communication channels.
