Play a key role in protecting biodiversity while engaging schools, volunteers and the broader community in meaningful conservation activities. What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver school and community bushcare programs

Facilitate planting, weeding and watering activities

Support biodiversity volunteers across reserves

Lead safety inductions and site briefings

Coordinate tools, PPE and resources

Monitor program KPIs and participation data

Liaise with schools and stakeholders

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

Qualification in environmental or related field

Practical conservation and bushcare experience

Experience working with schools and volunteers

Strong stakeholder engagement skills

Sound planning and organisational abilities

Microsoft 365 reporting proficiency

Current C-Class Driver’s Licence
