About Us
We provide high-quality physiotherapy and allied health services to:
- NDIS participants
- Older Australians receiving aged care services
- Private clients seeking rehabilitation and wellness support

The Opportunity
You’ll represent our organisation across Melbourne, developing referral partnerships with:
- NDIS Support Coordinators
- Plan Managers
- Allied health professionals
- GPs and medical specialists
- Hospitals
- Aged care providers
- Community organisations
You’ll spend most of your time meeting referral partners, understanding their clients’ needs and becoming the trusted person they think of when someone needs allied health services delivered in their home.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow referral partnerships across Melbourne.
- Identify new referral opportunities and grow existing relationships.
- Meet regularly with referral partners, both in person and online.
- Attend networking events and community education sessions.
- Coordinate and follow up referrals to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and referral reporting.
- Work closely with our Director, Clinical Lead and Allied Health team to support ongoing growth.
About You
You’ll bring
- Experience in relationship management, partnerships or business development.
- Outstanding communication and networking skills.
- Strong organisation and the ability to work independently.
- A genuine passion for building long-term relationships.
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Melbourne.
Experience in NDIS, allied health, disability, aged care or healthcare is highly regarded, along with an understanding of referral pathways.
