We're currently seeking compassionate, reliable and qualified Community Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting clients across Dianella, Morley and surrounding suburbs.

Prior to applying, you must have:

1. Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care, or Community Services

2. Current First Aid Certificate

3. Current CPR Certificate

4. Current HLTWHS005 – Conduct Manual Handling Tasks Safely Certificate and HLTHPS006 – Assist Clients with Medications Certificate (as required for the role). Evidence of training must be provided prior to onboarding.

5. Current National Police Clearance

6. Valid WA Driver's Licence

7. Reliable and comprehensively insured vehicle

8. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

9. Smartphone suitable for work-related applications

10. Proof of current Influenza Vaccination

11. Previous experience working in aged care, community care, disability support, or a similar support role.
