Ongoing Registered Nurse training & support

We invest heavily in training and development. You’ll receive ongoing RN-led training for clients with high-intensity care needs, ensuring you feel supported, confident, and competent at all times. You’re never left to manage complex care alone.

We currently have various locations and shift times available, including active shifts and inactive sleepovers, depending on the client. Sunshine - Complex Care

Yarraville - Community Care

- Community participation support
- Must hold a valid driver’s license

St Albans - Complex Care

- In-home care
- 24/7 support model
- High-intensity physical disability supports
- Nursing, medical, or physical disability experience highly regarded

St Kilda - Community Care

- Community participation support
- Must hold a valid driver’s license

Doreen - Complex Care

- In-home care
- 24/7 support model
- High-intensity physical disability supports
- Nursing, medical, or physical disability experience highly regarded

Frankston - Complex Care

- In-home care
- Various morning & evening shifts
- High-intensity physical disability supports
- Nursing, medical, or physical disability experience highly regarded

About the Role

As a Support Worker at JessiCare, your responsibilities may include:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Community access and social participation
- Supporting clients with physical disabilities
- Delivering high-intensity supports (full training provided)




- Psychosocial and mental health support (role dependent)
- Building respectful, long-term relationships with clients

About You:

You will ideally have:
- A caring, reliable, and qualified approach
- Experience in disability, aged care, nursing, or health roles (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle (for community roles)
- A genuine interest in ongoing learning and professional development

All required checks, clearances, and training will be discussed during the recruitment process.
