About the Role

We are seeking a part time Compliance Lead to join our Corporate Services Team. This role plays a critical part in strengthening AHL’s governance, compliance, project financial oversight, and business records management.

Working closely with the Corporate Services Manager, the Compliance Lead delivers accurate, timely, and audit‑ready work across:

- Compliance and contract obligations
- Project financial structures and reporting
- Documentation quality and governance
- Records management compliance
- Financial and administrative support within the Corporate Services Team

This role supports organisational readiness, reduces operational risk, and increases team capacity during a period of growth. It suits someone who enjoys structured work, accuracy, and contributing to strong governance practices.

About You





You will thrive in this role if you have:

- Experience in funding compliance, contract governance, or similar regulatory work
- Strong financial literacy, including reconciliations and project tracking
- High attention to detail and strong documentation accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Confidence interpreting agreements and turning obligations into practical tasks
- Clear, professional communication and audit‑ready writing
- Integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgement

Key Responsibilities

1. Support compliance, governance, and contract obligations
2. Assist with project financial structures, reconciliations, and reporting
3. Maintain audit‑ready documentation and data integrity
4. Support implementation and compliance of AHL’s records management system
5. Contribute to Corporate Services Team workflow continuity and cross‑coverage
6. Support process improvements, scalable systems, and organisational initiatives
