About the Role

As the first point of contact for Autoleague, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for every customer who visits our dealership.

Your positive attitude, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills will help ensure every interaction reflects the high standards we're known for.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome customers, creating a positive first impression
- Manage incoming phone calls and customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Accurately record customer information and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments




- Work closely with Sales, Service, Parts, and Administration teams to support daily operations
- Assist with customer communications and appointment coordination
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception environment
- Support general administrative and customer service tasks as required

About You You genuinely enjoy helping people and thrive in a busy customer-facing environment.

You'll bring

- Outstanding customer service skills and a professional presentation
- Friendly, confident, and approachable communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Experience using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- A calm, solutions-focused approach when handling customer enquiries
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Previous reception, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience will be highly regarded
