Concrete Finishers — Priority Positions

We are particularly seeking highly skilled Concrete Finishers who take pride in delivering consistently high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

- Place, spread, level, screed and finish concrete

- Perform hand and machine finishing, including floating and trowelling

- Complete concrete edges, joints and detailed finishing work

- Identify and rectify surface imperfections

- Ensure all finishes meet project drawings, specifications and quality standards

- Work effectively with pump operators, leading hands, supervisors and other trades

- Maintain safe and clean work areas

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience as a Concrete Finisher

- Strong knowledge of concrete placement and finishing techniques

- Experience working on large commercial or residential projects

- Ability to deliver high-quality finishes under project deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

- Relevant construction tickets and licences

Concrete Pump Operators

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate concrete pumping equipment on construction sites

- Coordinate with supervisors and concrete crews before and during pours

- Conduct pre-operational inspections and safety checks

- Monitor concrete flow and placement throughout each pour

- Identify and report equipment issues or malfunctions

- Assist with tower boom installation, climbing and dismantling where required

- Maintain accurate operational and inspection records

- Ensure all pumping activities comply with site and safety requirements

Requirements

- Minimum five years of experience as a Concrete Pump Operator

- Current and valid concrete pump high-risk work licence

- Tower boom experience, including installation, operation, climbing and dismantling

- Robust understanding of pumping operations and troubleshooting





- Experience working with formwork, reinforcement and concrete placement crews

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Concrete Leading Hands

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate concrete crews during daily site activities

- Allocate tasks and provide clear direction to team members

- Assist with planning labour, materials, equipment and concrete pours

- Monitor workmanship, productivity and quality

- Provide hands-on support during concrete placement and finishing

- Coordinate with pump operators, formworkers, steel fixers and other trades

- Identify and report safety concerns, delays and site issues

- Train and mentor less experienced workers

- Assist supervisors with daily reports and site documentation

Requirements

- Several years of experience in concrete construction

- Previous experience leading or coordinating a concrete crew

- Strong knowledge of concrete placement and finishing

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

- Hands-on approach with good problem-solving abilities

- Commitment to quality, productivity and workplace safety

- Relevant construction tickets and licences

Concrete Supervisors

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise and coordinate concrete works across construction sites

- Manage concrete pours, labour, materials, equipment and subcontractors





- Lead site teams to achieve project safety, quality and productivity targets

- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, suppliers and other trades

- Monitor progress and resolve site issues to prevent delays

- Conduct pre-start meetings, toolbox talks and safety inspections

- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification

- Provide leadership, training and mentorship to site teams

- Maintain accurate site records, progress reports and documentation

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience supervising concrete or structural construction works

- Strong technical knowledge of concrete placement, finishing and construction processes

- Experience managing labour, subcontractors and major concrete pours

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

- Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and organisational abilities

- Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety

- Relevant construction qualifications, licences and tickets
