We are currently seeking an experienced and organised Construction Administrator to join a well-established residential builder based in Beenleigh. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and growing construction team.
About the Role Working closely with the Construction and Operations teams, you will be responsible for providing administrative support throughout the residential construction process, ensuring projects run smoothly from commencement through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing construction administration across multiple residential projects
- Preparing and processing building documentation
- Maintaining accurate job files and project records
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, trades and internal stakeholders
- Scheduling and coordinating inspections, certifications and approvals
- Assisting with contract administration and variations
- Updating project information within Onsite Companion
- General administrative support to the construction team
About You
- Previous administration experience within residential construction is preferred
- Experience using Onsite Companion or similar construction management software
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
