Exciting FIFO opportunities are available across several high-profile projects including BHP Car Dumper 6 and RIO Brockman Syncline 1 on a permanent, 2:1 basis. From new mine developments and port expansions, to major infrastructure upgrades and shutdown works, we're seeking experienced Electricians ready to contribute to some of WA's most significant Iron Ore projects.

Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:

- Permanent Rates: $53.73 Allowances Penalties

- FIFO from Nearest Capital City, or Major Regional City, to Perth, WA.

- 2:1 roster opportunities through to early 2028.

- 12-hour shifts

- $4.50 site allowance, $2.16 electrical allowance, $0.56 tooling allowance (all allowances per hour flat)

- RDO accrual 0.8hr p/day Mon-Fri (4 hour p/week) accrued at ordinary rate of pay (not overtime rates paid out on termination of employment OR can be requested to cash out)

- Mobilisation payment: 2 days (14.4 hours) paid at ordinary rate of pay - one off payment

- Project Superannuation Contribution - $100 per completed week of service on top of super guarantee, available to be cashed out at the end of the project.

- Opportunity to join our growing construction division and be a part of an exciting recent project

What you’ll bring:

- Extensive construction experience - minimum of 2 years

- Proof of full working rights in Australia

- A-Grade WA electrical licence

- Construction white card

- CPR/LVR (1-year validity)

- First aid (3-year validity)

- Basic Fire Ticket





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly Desirable:

- Rio Tinto or BHP inductions & training

- High risk work licence (EWP)
