✅ THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an excellent role for a construction / projects litigation lawyer to join a growing Construction practice and work closely with a highly experienced Partner across complex construction and infrastructure matters.

You’ll gain exposure to disputes arising from major projects across a broad range of sectors, including:

- Public and social infrastructure, including hospitals, schools and universities
- Commercial developments across office and retail projects
- Industrial projects, including factories and warehouses
- Residential developments, including houses and apartments
- Major civil infrastructure across transport and water
- Energy and resources projects, including wind, solar and battery developments

✅ THE WORK You’ll work across the full lifecycle of construction disputes, with matters spanning both formal proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.

Your experience may include

- Complex construction disputes across various court jurisdictions
- Domestic and international arbitration
- Expert determination and alternative dispute resolution
- Security of payment matters, including preparing and defending adjudication applications




- Subcontractors’ charges and associated claims
- Contractual disputes arising from major construction and infrastructure projects
- Insolvency issues within the construction sector
- Administrative reviews and related proceedings
- Strategic advice aimed at resolving disputes efficiently and commercially

You’ll work directly with an experienced Partner who has acted across significant construction disputes and major projects, providing the opportunity to develop genuine specialist expertise while taking on meaningful responsibility as your experience grows. ✅ ABOUT YOU We’re interested in speaking with Associates or Senior Associates with at least 3 years’ PAE who have experience in construction disputes, commercial litigation or broader dispute resolution.

You’ll ideally bring strong technical litigation skills, a commercially minded and practical approach, and an interest in developing specialist expertise within the construction and infrastructure sector.
