About the Role The Site Manager will oversee the daily operations of the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Projects include healthcare, aged care & accommodation
Responsibilities
- Manage site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Experience as a Site Manager managing Design & Construct projects within commercial construction with a main builder
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
