- Providing technical consulting to Qantas business regarding iFly Loyalty system.
- Interact with users and understand the issues reported via email and over various chat system.
- Handling tickets from various requesters and solve the issues through JIRA ticketing tool.
- Ensure the details analysis and provide permanent fix to the issues reported.
- Performing testing, monitoring and provide guidance for correcting the production issues.
- Trouble shooting production related issues based on priority and escalating to the concern team.
- Incident management through JIRA tool.
- Ensure the iFly Loyalty support activities are completed with quality and on time.
- Providing support for software deployment in production and non-production environments(after circulating the plan with the necessary stakeholders).




- Post verification of Ifly system after each deployment.
- Ensure efficient functioning of iFly Loyalty application.
- Monitoring the file processing system and take necessary action.
- Coordinate Users/clients and understand the mapping requirement as part of recent partner configuration.
- Prepare the required mapping and necessary configuration changes.

Relevant skills: Relevant software engineering skills. Relevant qualifications: Bachelor degree or higher in relevant field.

Relevant experience: At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
