About the Role

We're looking for a creative and hands-on part time/casual Content Creator & Coordinator to join the Perth Home Brokers marketing team.

This is a predominantly office-based role where you'll be responsible for creating engaging content that educates, builds trust and showcases the home buying journey.

You'll spend your days capturing high-quality photos and videos of our team, clients, properties and behind-the-scenes moments, then editing that content into engaging social media posts, Reels and short-form videos across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Beyond content creation, you'll help keep our digital presence active by designing marketing assets, scheduling content, managing our social media calendar and engaging with our online community.

Key Responsibilities

● Capture high-quality photography and video of our team, clients, properties and behind-the-scenes moments.

● Plan, film and edit engaging short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.

● Create compelling Reels, Stories and social media videos from concept to final edit.

● Brainstorm fresh content ideas and identify emerging social media trends that align with the Perth Home Brokers brand.

● Work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan content, campaigns and marketing initiatives.

● Design digital and print marketing assets including social media graphics, carousels, banners, flyers, brochures and promotional material.

● Develop Canva templates for use across the business.

● Write engaging captions, blogs and marketing copy for social media, email campaigns and website content.

● Schedule content across all social media platforms and maintain the content calendar.

● Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages and online enquiries.

● Assist with website content updates, including blogs, images and landing pages.

● Create occasional email marketing campaigns and newsletters using Mailchimp (or similar platforms).

● Maintain an organised library of photos,



videos and creative assets.

● Repurpose existing content into multiple formats across different platforms.

● Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and content best practices.

About You

We're looking for someone who is creative, organised and passionate about producing high-quality content that delivers results.

You'll ideally have

● Proven experience creating engaging social media content from concept to final delivery.

● Solid photography, videography and video editing skills.

● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar editing software.

● Excellent Canva skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

● Strong graphic design skills for both digital and print marketing assets.

● A solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn

● The ability to identify trends and turn them into engaging, on-brand content.

● Robust storytelling skills with a creative eye for visual content.

● Confidence in filming staff, clients and properties, and directing people on camera when required.

● Excellent copywriting skills for captions, blogs and email campaigns.

● Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

● Exceptional attention to detail.

● A proactive, positive attitude and the confidence to contribute fresh ideas.

● A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a small, fast-paced team.

● Experience in the property, finance or real estate industry is desirable but not essential.
