About The Role

We’re looking for a smart, charismatic and hungry content creator to join the team at Impressive and work directly with our Founder and CEO.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who loves social media, understands what’s trending, and wants to build real experience creating content for both a personal brand and a growing company.

You’ll shadow the Founder in day-to-day business, capture moments as they happen, help turn ideas into content, and play a big role in how we show up online.





If you’re the kind of person who’s always on Instagram or TikTok, naturally spots trends early, and loves filming, editing and creating - this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Shadow the Founder and capture day-to-day content
- Create short-form content for personal brand and Impressive channels
- Turn trends, ideas and business moments into social content
- Film, edit and post engaging Instagram and TikTok videos
- Help bring fresh ideas for reels, stories, behind-the-scenes and talking-to-camera content
- Support the team with content shoots, planning and creative execution
- Help us create content that feels natural, relevant and current

About You

- You love content and spend a lot of time on social platforms
- You know what’s trending and why it works
- You’re confident filming and editing content
- You’ve got a good eye for what feels engaging and native to platform
- You’re proactive, creative and not afraid to throw ideas around
- You’re excited by the idea of working closely with a founder and learning on the job
- Bonus if you’ve made content for yourself, a brand, or a side project
