Description
Working closely with Corporate Affairs, Marketing and Community Hub stakeholders, you'll develop and deliver local content that supports business objectives, promotes our services and shares the community impact of our Health Services, Retail, Volunteering and Café programs, all while keeping everything aligned with our brand standards and communications framework.
What you'll be doing
- Partnering with Community Hub leaders to understand local marketing needs and develop content that supports business priorities
- Coordinating and consolidating content across digital, social media and internal communication channels
- Writing clear, engaging, audience-focused copy in line with our brand guidelines
- Coordinating local photography, videography and graphic design requirements
- Capturing and promoting stories that highlight Community Hub services and needs
- Optimising local social channels and supporting online community management
- Tracking content performance and recommending ways to continuously improve
What you'll bring
- Experience in content marketing, communications or digital marketing
- Robust copywriting and storytelling skills
- Experience managing social media channels and digital content
- Ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Understanding of brand governance and experience working within marketing and communications frameworks
- Experience using content management systems and social media scheduling platforms is desirable
- An undergraduate qualification or equivalent experience

- A current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain one) is required before starting
- Standard probity checks apply
- Occasional domestic travel and after-hours work may be required; a current driver's licence is needed
