Our client is a tier two industrial contractor who specialise in large scale new build projects in VIC & NSW. They operate solely within the industrial sector on projects ranging from $20 million to $80 million.
This company offers interesting and detailed projects, an unrivaled working/team environment, and excellent career progression into project coordination, engineering, or senior contract administration. Their team is made up of highly regarded senior management and construction staff that offer years of construction knowledge.
Due to current project wins and internal promotion, there is now an immediate requirement for an experienced contract administrator to join their close-knit team.
This role will see you;
- Working alongside the contract manager on all new contracts
- Contract negotiations
- Contract letting
- Subcontractor agreements
- Payments / Progress claims
- Site Meetings
- Working with and alongside all delivery staff
- Assisting the bids & tender teams when needed
To be considered for this opportunity we are looking for an individual that wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing construction team. Willingness to help out across many areas of the business will see you gain experience from the owners of the business as well as the contracts manager and estimating manager. The ideal candidate for this role will be from a contract administration or project coordination role, ideally, be degree qualified and have in-depth knowledge of commercial construction projects.
Excellent communication and the ability to work in a team environment go without saying.
