To be successful for this role you will have the following:

- Proven experience delivering road and bridge construction and maintenance projects
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver on time and within budget
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and contract management skills
- Qualifications in Civil Construction, Civil Engineering or a related discipline

The Contract Coordinator is a key leadership role responsible for delivering road and bridge construction,



renewal and maintenance projects across a diverse sealed and unsealed road network. Leading a skilled team, you will oversee capital works, maintenance programs, contract administration and project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while managing budgets, resources and contractor performance. Working closely with internal teams, government agencies, contractors and key stakeholders, you will provide technical expertise, strategic advice and strong leadership to deliver essential infrastructure outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced civil construction qualified who enjoys leading people, managing complex projects and making a lasting impact through the delivery of critical community infrastructure.
