About the Role

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our commercial team, supporting the delivery of multiple infrastructure projects across the business.

This is a hands-on role working closely with Project Managers and leadership to ensure strong contract management, cost control, and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and service agreements
- Manage contract correspondence, notices, and compliance tracking
- Maintain registers including variations, claims, and obligations
- Support progress claims, variation assessments, and cost tracking
- Validate subcontractor claims and supplier invoices
- Manage tendering and procurement of trade packages
- Assist with procurement and subcontractor onboarding




- Prepare commercial reports and support monthly cost reporting
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation in line with company systems
- Liaise with internal teams and support project delivery outcomes

About You

- Degree in Construction Management, Business, Law, or related discipline (essential)
- 3+ years’ experience in contract administration (construction, rail, or infrastructure)
- Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator able to work across multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused

Pay: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Balmain NSW
