Flying Ruby is looking for a gun Freelance Event Manager to join our team during one of our busiest event seasons.

If you've spent 4+ years in an event agency delivering premium gala dinners and brand activations in the corporate space, and you're the kind of person who can jump straight in and make things happen, keep reading. ? Manly, Sydney

?️ 2 days per week (flexible to 3 shorter days if desired)

✨ Freelance contract You'll be working alongside our team to produce three incredible events for long-standing clients, managing everything from supplier coordination and client communication to budgets, production and seamless event delivery.

Protected to say this isn't your average events contract... one of our events features fire walking and an actual python bath. ?? We're looking for someone who:

✔ Has 4+ years' agency event management experience





✔ Has strong production experience across gala dinners and brand activations

✔ Can confidently manage clients, suppliers and stakeholders

✔ Is highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure

✔ Knows their way around Monday and Canva

✔ Has a driver's licence, own vehicle and is Sydney-based This isn't a role for someone looking to learn the ropes. We're after someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership and become an extension of our little team from day one.
