We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join our team in Cairns. While experience is a bonus, we are looking for the right person who has an appetite to learn and an ability to manage a busy workload. From answering phones to taking client appointments, you'll be a critical part of our clients' biggest property milestones – and you'll do it all with the support of cutting-edge systems and a team that values you.

Responsibilities

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you'll assist with the management of end-to-end conveyancing files with the support of an experienced team and streamlined digital systems. Your role includes:

- Liaising with clients, agents, solicitors, banks, and internal teams
- Using cloud-based tools to manage workflow and timelines
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and firm procedures
- Delivering exceptional service that reflects our commitment to care and quality

What We're Looking For

- Sharp attention to detail and robust organisational skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills




- Prior experience in a conveyancing or other property-based administrative role is preferred but not essential
- Confidence using digital platforms and cloud-based systems
- A people-first mindset with clear, professional communication
- Energy, initiative, and a drive to deliver the best outcomes
- Minimum educational qualification of high school completion
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
