Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at SForce - Poland Salesforce Meetup is a part time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the community and its events. The COO will coordinate planning and execution of meetups, webinars, and related initiatives, ensuring smooth logistics, clear communication, and strong engagement with members and partners.

This role includes developing and monitoring operational processes, collaborating with organizers and volunteers, and optimizing workflows to support sustainable growth. The COO will also support strategic planning, track key performance metrics, and manage operational budgets in alignment with the organization’s mission and goals.

Qualifications

- Strong Business Planning skills, including the ability to define goals, set priorities, and support long-term strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in Operations Management to design, implement,



and refine processes for event coordination and community activities.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and make evidence-based operational decisions.
- Knowledge of Finance and Budgeting to oversee costs, manage resources, and support financial sustainability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with organizers, volunteers, partners, and sponsors.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership or management roles, preferably in community, nonprofit, tech, or event-focused environments.
- Comfort with remote work tools and digital collaboration platforms; familiarity with Salesforce or CRM ecosystems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
