About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, passionate, and fast-learning Asian Wok Cook to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

-Perform bulk cooking, wok cooking, and prepare specialized sauces and marinades according to store procedures.

-Assist the Head Chef in developing and updating menu items, including preparing food to meet special dietary requirements.

-Strictly adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation procedures.

-Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as required.

-Report directly to the Head Chef, follow instructions efficiently,



and contribute to light customer service tasks when needed.

Skills & Qualifications

-Proven experience as an Asian Wok Cook or in a similar fast-paced Asian kitchen setting.

-Strong background in food preparation, bulk cooking, and handling high-volume service.

-Basic computer literacy is essential to complete our digital and online franchise training procedures.

-A genuine passion for food, strong work ethic, customer-service mindset, and the ability to learn processes quickly.

Availability: Versatile to work nights and weekends across our 7-day roster

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
