Casa Nova Shellharbour is looking for a reliable and experienced Cook to join our kitchen team. We are offering full-time or part-time work for the right person, with flexible shifts available.

This role suits someone who enjoys working in a busy hospitality workplace, takes pride in food quality, and can work well as part of a team.

What you’ll do

- Prepare and cook menu items to a consistent high standard.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen.
- Assist with prep, stock rotation, and stock control.
- Work closely with chefs, cooks, and front-of-house staff.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

What we’re looking for
- Previous cook or kitchen experience in a restaurant, café, or similar venue.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.




- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: $26.44 – $34.96 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate

- Shellharbour NSW 2529: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
- Similar restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)
