Entertainment Park is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team at our brand-new Penrith venue.

Entertainment Park is one of Sydney’s leading indoor entertainment venues, offering exciting attractions including go-karting, bowling, arcade games, mini golf, simulators, and a vibrant café experience. Our new Penrith venue will bring the same high-energy atmosphere and unforgettable experiences to Western Sydney.
About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Cook to support the smooth operation of our kitchen. This role involves food preparation, cooking, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are consistently met. You will work closely with the kitchen and café team to deliver high-quality meals and excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Robust understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Reliable, punctual,
and able to maintain consistency under pressure
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Creativity and passion for food preparation and presentation
- Australian working rights required
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present menu items to a high standard
- Follow standard recipes and kitchen procedures accurately
- Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation
- Support kitchen operations including deliveries and supplier orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and prep areas
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times
- Assist in accommodating dietary requirements where required
- Work effectively with the café and operations team during busy periods
