We are currently recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager for an established business within the travel industry.
This is not an Account Manager role.
We need someone who is a genuine hunter. Someone who enjoys networking, getting out into the market, starting conversations and turning new relationships into business opportunities.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Building a strong network across the Brisbane business community
- Attending networking events, industry functions and client meetings
- Developing relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
- Generating your own leads through networking, referrals and targeted outreach
- Presenting travel solutions to prospective clients
- Managing the sales process from the first conversation through to onboarding
- Working closely with the internal travel team to ensure a smooth handover
Previous experience within the travel industry is essential.
You will also need proven business development experience and the confidence to walk into a room, start conversations and build genuine relationships.

Salary starts from $80,000 plus super, depending on experience.
