We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Country Manager to lead our operations and business development activities in Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing market strategies, driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading local teams to achieve long-term business objectives.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Develop and execute the company's overall business strategy for the Australian market.

? Drive revenue growth, market expansion, customer acquisition, and long-term business performance.

? Lead and manage local sales, operations, business development, and support teams.

? Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and potential business partnerships.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, distributors, and stakeholders.

? Develop annual budgets, sales forecasts, business plans, and performance targets.

? Monitor market performance, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify strategic opportunities.

? Ensure local operations comply with company policies, Australian regulations, and applicable business requirements.

? Report market performance, business results, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

? Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, conferences, and business functions.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

?? Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.

? Applicants must hold one of the following:

- Australian Citizen
- Australian Permanent Resident
- Valid Australian Work Visa with full work rights

❌ Applicants holding a Visitor Visa, Tourist Visa,



or any visa without work rights are not eligible for this position. ? Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.

? 8+ years of relevant professional experience , with significant experience in senior management, country management, sales leadership, business development, or operations.

? Proven track record of achieving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and developing successful business strategies.

? Solid leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

? Strong understanding of Australian market dynamics, business practices, competitive environments, and commercial opportunities.

? Experience using CRM, ERP, business intelligence, and performance management systems is preferred.

? Excellent strategic thinking, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

? Ability to lead teams, manage multiple business priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
