Role Description The Course Consultant is a full time, on site role based in Melbourne, VIC.

As a Course Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for people who are thinking about becoming a coach. You'll have genuine conversations, learn about their goals, answer their questions, and help them choose the program that's the right fit.

Your day will include responding to enquiries, speaking with prospective students over the phone, online and in person, following up leads, keeping our CRM up to date,



and working closely with our marketing and training teams to create a excellent experience from the very first conversation.

You'll also work towards enrolment goals while making sure every prospective student feels supported, informed and genuinely cared for.

**Qualificationss

- You're confident building rapport and having genuine conversations wit

h people.
- You enjoy helping people make informed decisions without using pressure or hard selling.
- You're organised, can manage multiple enquiries, and keep accurate records in a CRM.
- You have an interest in coaching, education or personal development. Experience in these areas is a bonus.
- You're comfortable working towards enrolment goals and enjoy achieving results as part of a team.
- You're confident using everyday business tools and are happy learning new systems.
- You enjoy working collaboratively and bring a positive, proactive attitude to your work.
- Previous experience in student recruitment, course consulting, sales or another client facing role would be highly regarded.
