At Crackle, we don't just bake crackers-we bake joy, one crispy, golden square at a time. From sea salt delights to rosemary rebels, our snacks are known to mysteriously disappear at parties. We're growing fast and looking for someone who can help us pack the crunch into every box.
Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):
As our newest Cracker Packer, you'll be at the final and most heroic stage of the cracker journey-getting our goodies into their boxes, bags, or possibly the occasional staff lunchroom stash.
What You'll Do:
Handle crackers like they're priceless works of edible art
Operate packing equipment without turning it into modern sculpture
Check for broken pieces (and resist the urge to snack on them-unless it's Friday)
Ensure every box looks so good it deserves its own unboxing video
Collaborate with our production team to keep the line flowing smoother than butter on a warm biscuit
What We're Looking For:
Nimble fingers and a can-do attitude
Zero fear of crumbs
Attention to detail-even if it's just a slightly wonky sesame seed
Ability to count to 12 without using fingers (bonus points if you can pack that fast)
Must be OK with wearing a hairnet. Dignity optional, hygiene mandatory
