About the Role

This is a part-time role, working 3 days per week, and a hands-on position for someone who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content — visual and written — that grows our audience, strengthens our brand and drives online sales. You'll need a sharp eye for design, a genuine understanding of women's fashion, and the confidence to use AI tools to produce high-quality marketing assets efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

Creative Content

- Producing engaging visual and written content for social media

- Creating Instagram posts, Reels, Stories and TikTok content

- Developing concepts for seasonal launches and campaigns

- Designing graphics, video edits and lifestyle imagery aligned with our brand aesthetic

- Keeping our visual identity consistent across all digital platforms

Email Marketing (EDMs)

- Designing and building weekly EDM campaigns

- Writing engaging copy and subject lines

- Building promotional and automated email flows

- Reviewing campaign performance and refining future sends

AI-Assisted Content Creation

- Using AI tools to generate marketing imagery, graphics and campaign concepts

- Producing AI-assisted lifestyle imagery and creative assets

- Drafting AI-generated copy that stays true to our brand voice

- Keeping across emerging AI tools and suggesting ways they can boost our creativity and efficiency

Social Media Management

- Planning and managing the content calendar

- Scheduling and publishing across multiple platforms

- Engaging with our online community

- Spotting trends and growth opportunities

E-commerce Support

- Creating website banners and promotional graphics

- Supporting product launches





- Optimising product descriptions and online merchandising

- Contributing creative for digital advertising

Analytics & Reporting

- Tracking social media growth and engagement

- Monitoring EDM performance

- Measuring content effectiveness

- Delivering monthly reports with recommendations

What You'll Bring

Essential

- 3+ years' experience in digital marketing or content creation

- Strong graphic design skills

- Experience creating content for fashion or lifestyle brands

- Excellent copywriting ability

- Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms

- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

- Strong photography and video editing skills

- Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines

AI Skills

- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or similar AI platforms

- Ability to write effective AI prompts

- Understanding of how AI can streamline and enhance creative workflows
- A genuine interest in staying ahead of emerging AI technology

Software

- Adobe Creative Suite

- Canva

- Shopify

- Klaviyo

- Meta Business Suite

- CapCut or Premiere Pro

- AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway or Kling
