Creative Strategist — DTC & eCommerce

Our client is a fast-growing eCommerce business on a mission to help everyday people launch and scale genuinely profitable online brands. They're not chasing vanity metrics — every piece of creative strategy they put out is built to convert and to help real founders hit meaningful revenue milestones.
They're looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes DTC performance creative — someone obsessed with why people buy and how to turn that psychology into ads that stop the scroll and drive results.
What you'll be doing:
- Advising founders on creative strategy, messaging and go-to-market execution through coaching calls and 1:1 sessions
- Reviewing static and video ad content across multiple brand launches, making sure every angle is built to convert
- Turning creative performance data into clear, actionable strategy alongside the internal marketing team
- Working closely with account managers and media buyers to spot what's working and where creative needs to sharpen up
- Creating simple frameworks and video breakdowns that make complex creative strategy easy for founders to action
You'll be a robust fit if you:
- Have hands-on experience in eCommerce creative strategy — developing ads, angles and campaigns for DTC brands
- Understand what drives ROAS on Meta and TikTok and can balance creative instinct with performance data
- Can simplify complex strategy into steps others can actually follow
- Have coached, mentored or trained founders, clients or creative teams
- Thrive in a fast-moving, high-standards, remote-first environment
