As a Credit Analyst for Loan Market Diana Hemmad, you will work directly alongside two dedicated Credit Analysts delivering high quality analysis and checks to the Principal Brokers and lenders. You will play a crucial role in delivering succinct and digestible credit analysis to the brokers, ensuring every application and client meets our high standards of care, quality and compliance before submission. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive credit analysis of residential mortgage applications prior to issuing the “Hello Pack”
Work collaboratively with a dedicated credit and customer care team to supporting the Principal Brokers in assisting clients navigate complex residential lending scenarios
Proactively manage and assist with any client credit-related enquiries, ensuring a high standard of customer care and compliance
Review client financials, assess their overall positions and identify optimal lending solutions across our vast lending panel
Perform thorough credit analysis and ensure file precision and compliance prior to final loan submission E Experience Required
Proven experience as a Credit Analyst, within mortgage broking, banking, or a related financial services environment
Demonstrated experience handling complex lending in residential mortgages is highly essential
Comprehensive understanding of lender policies and strict adherence to Best Interests Duty (BID) compliance
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in interpreting financial documentation and solid analytical skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a team and translate complex data into succinct reports What We Offer You
