We're looking for a Creative Strategist who loves uncovering insights, simplifying complexity and creating the strategic direction that excellent creative is built on.
About the role
This isn't a role where you'll simply write strategy documents and disappear.
You will work directly with founders and leadership teams, facilitate workshops, uncover commercial opportunities, shape positioning, develop messaging frameworks and collaborate closely with designers, copywriters and digital specialists to bring ideas to life.
You’ll be involved from discovery through to delivery, ensuring every creative decision is grounded in insight rather than assumption.

What you'll be doing
- Research industries, competitors and customer behaviour to uncover opportunities.
- Develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks and strategic recommendations.
- Facilitate workshops with founders and executive teams.
- Create strategic briefs that inspire exceptional creative work.
- Shape campaign strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with design, copywriting and digital teams throughout projects.
- Present ideas confidently and build alignment with clients.
- Help transform complex business challenges into clear strategic direction.
About you
You’ll probably come from a branding agency, creative consultancy or strategic marketing background.<
