Backed by a global automotive finance group, we're building a compliant, scalable lending platform from the ground up here in Australia.About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Credit Analyst to join our growing team in a hands-on, decision-making capacity — not a policy-only or back-office role. You'll approve loans day-to-day while helping shape our credit processes and standards as we scale.? Salary: ~$80,000 + super? Location: Sydney (Barangaroo)? Experience: Minimum 1 year in credit approval / consumer lendingWhat You'll Be Doing✅ Assess loan applications (bank statements, payslips, financial statements, credit reports)✅ Analyse affordability, cash flow, and creditworthiness✅ Make lending decisions within delegated authority; escalate higher-risk cases✅ Verify customer info and identify potential fraud✅ Ensure compliance with Credit Policy, NCCP, AML/CTF,



and Privacy Act✅ Liaise with customers via phone/email on applications and enquiries✅ Maintain strong turnaround times and file qualityWhat We're Looking For✔️ Experience as a credit analyst/approver in non-bank lending, unsecured/secured consumer credit, or auto finance✔️ Strong understanding of Australian consumer credit and responsible lending requirements✔️ Excellent customer communication skills✔️ Sound, defensible credit judgement✔️ Comfortable in a quick-evolving, early-stage environment✔️ LOS/LMS platform experience a plus (Biz Core preferred but not required)Why Join Us?
