Department: Finance / Risk Management Location: Jaipur, India Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Risk Consultant with strong analytical, financial, and technical skills to support the development, implementation, and validation of Credit Risk and IFRS 9 solutions. The role involves working on Expected Credit Loss (ECL) models (PD, LGD, and EAD), credit risk assessment, regulatory compliance with CBUAE guidelines, data analysis, and model validation. The candidate will also contribute to the implementation, testing, and support of credit risk tools, perform advanced Excel-based financial analysis, and assist in preparing technical documentation, methodologies, and regulatory reports.

Key Responsibilities Support IFRS 9 ECL model development (PD, LGD, EAD) and credit risk analysis.

Analyze, clean, and validate data using advanced Microsoft Excel.

Assist in the implementation, testing (UAT), validation, and deployment of Credit Risk tools.

Prepare IFRS 9 methodologies, policies, and technical documentation.





Ensure compliance with IFRS 9 and CBUAE Credit Risk guidelines.

Coordinate with internal teams and clients for project execution and reporting.

Prepare management reports and support process improvements.

Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of IFRS 9, Credit Risk, and ECL concepts.

Knowledge of CBUAE Credit Risk guidelines is preferred.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; SQL, Python, or Power BI is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Credit Risk, IFRS 9, or Financial Risk Consulting.

Experience in ECL modelling, Credit Risk tools, or regulatory reporting is preferred.

Qualified certifications (FRM, CFA, Diploma in IFRS) will be an added advantage.
