We're seeking a Customer Care Consultant to join our national team. As a key point of contact for customers, therapists, and internal stakeholders, you'll deliver exceptional service, build strong relationships, and help achieve positive outcomes.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time permanent position based in our Seven Hills office. In this role, you'll manage inbound enquiries and proactive outbound follow-up, supporting customers, therapists, and internal teams while working collaboratively across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels

- Manage enquiries through to resolution, escalating issues where required

- Support customers, therapists, and internal teams with orders, appointments, requests, and general enquiries

- Proactively follow up on quotations and maintain regular customer contact

- Monitor customer orders and provide timely updates, including delivery timeframes and ETAs





- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are actioned efficiently

- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems

- Deliver professional, timely, and solution-focused service

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or contact centre environments

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
- A proactive and positive approach to customer service

- Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems (NetSuite experience highly regarded)
