What you’ll do

- Greet customers and ensure they are looked after quickly.

- Help with bookings, basic enquiries, and routing calls/messages.

- Support follow-ups and customer updates under the sales manager’s guidance.

- Maintain front-of-house presentation standards.

- Assist with paperwork preparation and delivery day checklists.

What we’re looking for

- Strong people skills and calm communication.

- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle multiple small tasks without dropping the ball.

Nice to have

- Reception, retail, or hospitality experience.

- Interest in cars and customer experience.
