About the role
GO PICKLE operates a 24/7, technology-enabled model. Every customer enquiry, booking, membership lead, request for social or coaching sessions, and venue incident is managed through one central function before reaching our venues. This role owns that function. You will lead the customer experience and revenue operation across the GO PICKLE venue network. Our current 24/7 venue is in Campbelltown, with Ropes Crossing scheduled to open as a 24/7 venue in Q3 2026 and Camden Sports Centre scheduled to open in Q2 2027.
Your role will be to convert enquiries into bookings and memberships, maintain accurate CRM and revenue data, and turn that information into a Daily Venue Action Brief for each location. These briefs will give Venue Operations Managers a clear view of who is coming, what needs attention and where potential risks or opportunities exist. This is a fully remote position.
As the central hub supporting all GO PICKLE venues, you will work entirely through our technology stack, with no regular requirement to be in office.
Our venue network
This role will support customers and venue teams across the growing GO PICKLE network:
- Campbelltown — our established 24/7 venue.
- Ropes Crossing — scheduled to open as a 24/7 venue in Q3 2026.
- Camden Sports Centre — scheduled to open in Q2 2027.
As GO PICKLE expands, this position will provide a consistent customer experience and central operating rhythm across every location. Technology and systems The core technology required for this role is already established and integrated. You will have access to:
- Our booking and membership platform.
- A CRM integrated with our telephone platform, allowing calls, enquiries, customer interactions and follow-up activity to be recorded and tracked centrally.
- Central customer inboxes and digital communication channels.
- Remote venue systems, including access controls and CCTV, to review attendance, venue activity and customer movement when required.
- Reporting dashboards covering leads, bookings, memberships, attendance, occupancy and revenue performance.
These connected systems are designed to centralise information, reduce duplicated work and help you manage daily priorities efficiently across all GO PICKLE venues.
