Customer & Market Insights Analyst

We're looking for a Customer & Market Insights Analyst to join a high-performing team that delivers critical insights to senior leaders and key decision-makers across the organisation. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile reporting, strategic initiatives, and business-critical projects where your analysis will directly influence commercial decisions and long-term strategy.

This is more than a reporting role. You'll be at the centre of the business, combining customer, market, research, and performance data to uncover opportunities, identify risks, and help shape strategic direction.

You'll gain exposure to senior stakeholders, contribute to executive-level reporting, and tackle a diverse range of strategic projects throughout the year.

What you will be doing

As a trusted insights partner, you'll analyse customer and market performance to generate actionable recommendations that support both customer-led and commercial decision making.

You'll collaborate closely with teams across commercial, marketing, operations, and finance, helping translate complex data into compelling insights that drive action.

Key responsibilities:





- Delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly market performance reporting
- Analysing customer transaction and behavioural data to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging risks
- Bringing together insights from multiple data sources to create a clear and comprehensive performance story

About you You're an analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems, uncovering insights, and influencing decisions. You're comfortable working with data but equally passionate about communicating findings in a way that resonates with stakeholders.

You'll bring

- 3+ years' experience in insights, marketing analytics, customer analytics, commercial analytics, business analytics, or a related field
- Solid analytical skills across both quantitative and qualitative data
- The ability to combine multiple sources of information into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to engage non-technical audiences
- Intermediate Excel skills, with exposure to Power BI or Tableau considered advantageous
