What the role entails?
1. Customer Support - Speaking with Clinic owners to work through setting up their AI receptionists and helping with configuration
2. Onboarding Support - Doing outreach and jumping on video calls to share how to set up new Aeva accounts
3. Customer base growth - Create great relationships with the customers to drive WOM and launch a community.
Ideal experience
- Hubspot or similar CRM system
- Intercom or similar ticking
