We’re looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team and be part of something truly exciting.

Position: Customer Service Agent

As one of the first faces our guests see, you’ll play a key role in shaping their entire experience. From the moment they arrive to the second they take off, you’ll help create a seamless, exciting, and memorable journey.

What you’ll be doing:

- Welcoming guests into our terminal with warmth and enthusiasm

- Managing check-ins and preparing passengers for their flight experience

- Handling phone and in-person enquiries

- Showcasing our range of scenic flights and helping guests choose the perfect experience

- Actively engaging with guests inside Sea World Theme Park — greeting visitors, creating excitement around our experiences, and confidently promoting and selling our helicopter tours

- Working closely with our operations team to keep everything running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

- A natural people-person who delivers outstanding customer service





- Confident using computers and systems (Microsoft Office experience preferred)

- Ability to stay calm, organised, and professional in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

- Comfortable working with a diverse, international customer base
- A strong awareness of safety and procedures

- Experience with Rezdy or booking systems (a bonus, not essential)

- Aviation or tourism experience (excellent, but not required)

- Additional languages? That’s a big plus!
