About the Role
As a Team Member, you'll be working with the team to deliver fast, friendly service while preparing our delicious donuts, coffee and other menu items. No two days are the same, and you'll always be kept busy!
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile.
- Prepare and serve quality coffee, donuts and other menu items.
- Work efficiently with your teammates to serve customers quickly.
- Operate the register and accurately process transactions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Help keep the store well-stocked and presented throughout the day.
About You
- A bubbly, friendly personality who enjoys talking with customers.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
- Available to work weekends and early morning shifts.
- Coffee-making experience is desirable but not essential—we'll provide training.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
